How I work. As with many types of work, web and database development work can be a complicated process that in a contract senario requires trust. I typically spend time with the client initally to determine what their needs are and what are the best options for the project. I then put together an inital bid which is as detailed as possible. The client then determines if any changes are needed to the document and whether or not my understanding of the project is the same as the clients. Developement proceeds with client contact to determine if the project development is to their satisfaction. Should there be changes, change requests are submitted so that the process is documented. When the project completes, the client signs off when they are satisfied.
